Cabaña de Zenaida Hot Springs in Laguna offers a delightful retreat for visitors seeking relaxation and enjoyment. Nestled amidst lush surroundings, the hot spring resort provides a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. With its log cabin-inspired interiors and ample space, the resort caters to families and groups, providing comfortable accommodations and the joy of having a private pool to themselves. Guests can also indulge in karaoke sessions and cook their meals, adding to the overall experience of this charming destination.

We stayed overnight at Cabaña de Zenaida Hot Springs, initially challenging to find due to heavy traffic in the Calamba to Los Baños area. Upon reaching Calamba near the local SM Department store, we turned right towards Los Baños and followed the directions to locate the place.

At first sight, Cabaña de Zenaida had an old-fashioned charm, contrasting with the modern town homes in front. The interiors resembled a log cabin, with a 1990s structure and roofing. The place accommodated us comfortably with three medium-sized rooms, including a master bedroom and two rooms with double deck beds, each with its own bathroom. Additionally, there was a small room, possibly intended for staff, at the far end of the floor.

With all the kids, we brought food to cook while they enjoyed the pool exclusively. We also had fun with karaoke, thanks to the readily available machine.

The travel time from Manila was approximately an hour and 45 minutes. The total cost for the place was P15,000. One of the downsides was limited parking, accommodating only 2 sedans inside and 2 mini sedans outside.
